Randy Hutton is Counsel in the San Antonio office whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation. His practice includes the representation of insurance carriers and employers before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation and serves as liaison to the Texas Department of Insurance and oversees the accreditation concerns of continuing education programs offered to the firm’s clients. He also lectures on contemporary Workers’ Compensation topics, Consumer Protection and Ethics.
