John Schulz is an Associate in our Rio Grande Valley Office in McAllen. He previously worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the Hidalgo County Public Defender’s Office, trying numerous criminal cases. Prior to joining the firm, he also worked as staff counsel for a national insurance carrier, defending personal injury matters. During his career, Mr. Schulz has taken dozens of cases to verdict in Hidalgo and Cameron Counties. Additionally, Mr. Schulz speaks Spanish, which is invaluable when representing clients from various countries in South Texas. Mr. Schulz’ practice focuses on personal injury defense including the representation of commercial landowners, commercial transportation carriers, premises liability cases, homeowners association liability, and commercial litigation.
