Kevin Moczygemba is an Associate in the San Antonio office. His practice focuses on helping physicians, groups, hospitals, and other healthcare providers and facilities on a variety of healthcare matters, including medical malpractice, commercial litigation, government investigations, as well as healthcare regulatory and administrative issues. Kevin previously worked for the Texas Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division and the Texas Medical Board. Prior to attending law school, Kevin served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army from 2002 to 2008.

Kevin previously served as the Co-Chair and Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division Health Law Committee. Kevin also served as a Presidential Management Fellow with the United States Air Force Space and Missile System Center.
