Kimberly A. Bishop is a Member in the Houston office. For over twenty-five years Ms. Bishop has represented insurance carriers and employers at the administrative and district court levels in contested claims arising under the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act. With literally thousands of hearings before the Division of Workers’ Compensation, Ms. Bishop is recognized in the industry for her tenacious and successful representation of clients. In addition to handling her active docket, Ms. Bishop provides training to adjusters and employers throughout the state on workers’ compensation issues.
