Tim K. Singley is a Member and Director in the San Antonio office. Mr. Singley heads the firm’s workers’ compensation department and dedicates a substantial part of his practice to the representation of insurance carriers and employers in the areas of workers’ compensation and employer liability. He is a frequent lecturer and author on workers’ compensation and employer liability topics, and served as the principal draftsman of the Pattern Jury Charge for Worker’s Compensation in Texas, which is the primary source of definitions, instructions and questions utilized by trial judges state-wide.
