The firm’s Transportation Litigation Section, headed by Sean Page, represents several of the nation’s top motor carriers and trucking companies. We handle matters from first response; investigation and reconstruction; coverage disputes; litigation preparation; trial presentation; and appeal. Members of the firm are active in various national transportation organizations including the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and the transportation group of the Primus Defense Institute.
