Richard Reynolds is a Member and Director in the San Antonio office. He serves as the firm’s managing member. Additionally, he heads the firm’s Professional Liability Section with a substantial portion of his practice devoted to the representation of lawyers, accountants, financial and insurance professionals. Based on considerable experience in the defense of toxic tort and environmental claim litigation, he continues to handle selected matters in those areas as well. During his career, he has tried in excess of 100 cases, both jury and non-jury, the vast majority of which have been jury trials. Subject matters have ranged from automobile and premises liability to toxic tort and product liability, insurance disputes and bad faith and a variety of professional liability matters.
