Rick Villanueva is a Member in our Rio Grande Valley Office in McAllen. Mr. Villanueva’s practice focuses on personal injury defense including the representation of transportation carriers, commercial premises owners, construction contractors, product sellers and oil and gas exploration companies. During his career, Mr. Villanueva has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict throughout south Texas, including all of the counties in the Rio Grande Valley. He has defended matters involving 18-wheeler accidents, dram shop claims, construction accident and defect cases, products liability claims and geo-seismic litigation.
